Job description:

We are looking for a Creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and supporting overall digital marketing goals. This role is well-suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required.
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and support community management.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and quality visuals.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, followers, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities when required.
  • Assist in planning shoots, reels, short-form videos, and promotional creatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Good copywriting skills for captions, posts, and ad creatives.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, and basic reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to work with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Awareness of current trends, hashtags, and content formats that drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, English, or a related field preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content coordination.
  • Internship in social media management will also be considered.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and managing posts, stories, reels, and campaign content is a plus.
